1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 99phl platform through our website at 99phl.cam or any associated mobile application, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and all other policies referenced herein. Your continued use of 99phl services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be modified from time to time.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the 99phl platform, regardless of the manner or device through which access is obtained. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

The 99phl platform is operated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and is licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activities conducted through 99phl are subject to PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming law.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and participate in real-money gaming on 99phl, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gambling in the Philippines. 99phl reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To register an account with 99phl, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Required information typically includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, email address, and a secure password. You agree that all information provided during registration and at all other times is true, accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. You must immediately notify 99phl of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.2 Account Verification

99phl reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, payment methods, and compliance with these Terms. Verification documents may include government-issued photo identification (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, Postal ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement, screenshot of e-wallet account).

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe, or provision of fraudulent or misleading documentation, will result in account suspension and potential termination. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until account verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You agree to immediately notify 99phl customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. You are prohibited from selling, transferring, or sharing your account credentials with any third party. 99phl implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure password hashing, and multi-factor authentication options to protect your account, but you remain responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

99phl accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers to authorized Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), and over-the-counter deposits at authorized retail locations. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos). Maximum deposit limits may apply based on payment method and account status.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 99phl reserves the right to refuse any deposit that we believe originates from criminal activity, violates applicable laws, or breaches these Terms. Deposits made using methods associated with fraudulent activity will result in account termination and notification to appropriate authorities.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time subject to completion of account verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. 99phl endeavors to process verified withdrawals within 24-48 hours, though processing times may vary based on payment method and verification status.

Before processing your first withdrawal, 99phl requires satisfactory completion of identity verification procedures as described in Section 3.2. Additional verification may be requested for large withdrawals or suspicious activity. Withdrawal requests involving accounts with incomplete verification, disputed transactions, or suspected violations of these Terms will be withheld pending investigation.

4.3 Fees and Currency

All transactions on 99phl are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 99phl does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose transaction fees which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by banks, e-wallet providers, or other payment processors. Currency conversion fees may apply if you deposit or withdraw funds in currencies other than PHP.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

99phl offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards programs to enhance player experience. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published on the promotional materials and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms. By participating in any bonus or promotion, you agree to comply with all applicable terms.

Common bonus types offered by 99phl include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods are specified in the terms of each promotional offer.

99phl reserves the right to modify, cancel, or refuse any bonus or promotion at our sole discretion. Abuse of bonuses including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or strategic betting designed solely to clear wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account termination. All decisions regarding bonus eligibility and compliance with promotional terms are final.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation and Fair Gaming

All games offered on the 99phl platform utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been tested and verified by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or influenced by 99phl, the player, or any third party. Disputes regarding game outcomes are subject to review of server-side game logs which are the definitive record of all gaming activity.

6.3 Prohibited Gaming Activities

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, chip dumping, use of automated betting systems (bots), exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other activity that provides an unfair advantage. Use of artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, or external tools to gain advantage over the house or other players is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 99phl platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, game designs, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the "Content") is the property of 99phl or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The 99phl name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 99phl or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of 99phl. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 99phl platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform except as necessary for your personal use. Commercial use of any content from the 99phl platform is strictly prohibited without express written authorization.

8. Prohibited Activities

When using the 99phl platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or account verification
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to access your account
• Depositing funds originating from illegal activities or money laundering
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse bonuses or promotional offers
• Using automated systems, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the platform
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the 99phl platform
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behavior, or abusive conduct toward other players or 99phl staff
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating or fraudulent activity
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform or any systems or networks connected to the platform

Violation of any provision in this section may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action. 99phl cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in investigating illegal activities conducted through our platform.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 99phl's Right to Suspend or Terminate

99phl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the platform at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraudulent conduct, or violation of applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

In the event of account termination for breach of these Terms, 99phl may forfeit any remaining account balance including deposits, winnings, and bonuses. Funds derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other violations will not be returned. For accounts closed without cause by 99phl, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the player after deduction of applicable processing fees.

9.2 Player-Initiated Account Closure

You may close your 99phl account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon request for account closure, all pending bets will be settled, bonuses will be forfeited, and any withdrawable balance will be returned to you using your registered withdrawal method. Accounts closed by player request are subject to a cooling-off period before they can be reopened.

Players concerned about problem gambling may request self-exclusion, which permanently closes the account and prevents reopening for a specified period. Self-exclusion is an important responsible gaming tool and is available through customer support.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99phl, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.

99phl makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the content on the platform or the results obtained from using the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

99phl shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, system malfunctions, internet disruptions, power outages, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six (6) month period preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

The limitations and exclusions of liability set forth in this section do not affect any statutory rights that cannot be waived or limited under Philippine law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal Resolution

If you have any dispute, claim, or controversy with 99phl, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our support staff. Please provide a detailed description of your concern along with any supporting documentation.

11.2 Formal Complaints

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may submit a formal complaint in writing. Formal complaints should be addressed to our compliance department and must include your account details, a clear description of the issue, the date the issue occurred, and copies of any relevant communications or documentation. We will investigate all formal complaints and respond within 30 business days.

11.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 99phl platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, 99phl is subject to the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who believe that 99phl has not properly addressed their complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for independent review in accordance with PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.

12. Amendments to Terms

99phl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through email, account notification, or prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the 99phl platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may close your account.

Material changes to these Terms that substantially affect your rights or obligations will be communicated with reasonable advance notice where possible. However, we reserve the right to make immediate changes when necessary for legal compliance, security concerns, or protection of 99phl's interests.
